Troup Cares, Inc. exists to support the provision of high-quality medical care at no cost to uninsured and underinsured Troup County residents, ages 19 through 64 with an annual income at or below 200% of the poverty level, through the Troup Cares Clinic.

Our clinic operates Monday through Thursday during the following hours:
Morning: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM | Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Patient Appointments
For patient screenings, we partner LaGrange Personal Aid. Potential patients can reach out directly to LaGrange Personal Aid at (706) 882-9291 to schedule a screening appointment. If you have been discharged from the hospital and require immediate follow up, please call Troup Cares directly at (706)882-1191
Patient Qualifications
To receive services, patients must meet the following qualifications:

Uninsured
Patients should not have any form of medical insurance.

Age Requirement
Applicants must be between the ages of 19 and 64.

Household income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

Citizenship Status
Patients must be U.S. citizens or possess a valid visa or permit.
